This image has got to be one of my favorite twirling images of all time. As a NJ wedding photographer specializing in Pakistani weddings, I've shot quite a few shots where the groom is twirling the bride, and trust me, it's not as easy as it looks. The timing has to be just right, so we can see the expression of both faces, the angle the photo is shot at also has to be taken into account, as well as the location.. This was an upscale venue so we had the location requirement easily fulfilled. The timing was perfect if you look at the smile on the bride's face. We can also sense some movement in the bride's dress as she is moving. The groom's hand is also perfectly placed as he is twirling his bride. These type of images also have to be taken at a longer focal length, I had taken this with my zoom, hence no other background distractions are captured in the image. It's also much harder to get both subjects in focus at a longer focal length, but I managed to get both of them in focus because I stopped down to get more of the image in focus.
